I started my career in the beauty and wellness industry over 20 years ago, and along the way I discovered that my passion wasn’t just about products and services it was about creating businesses that truly transform people’s lives. That passion has guided me into the executive role I hold today with Genesis Lifestyle Medicine, where I’ve had the privilege of helping scale the company to over 40 locations nationwide.

At the same time, I’ve leaned into entrepreneurship. I run LifePRP, a regenerative medicine company providing high-quality PRP solutions to clinics and providers across the country. And in the coming months, I’m launching my latest venture, STATÜR skincare, a European inspired skincare brand, proudly made in the USA, rooted in clinically proven formulas and luxurious, high performance ingredients.

Looking back, the road has definitely not been smooth nor would I expect it to be. Growth rarely comes without challenges. In my career, I’ve faced everything from navigating rapid expansion, to balancing the demands of executive leadership while building new ventures, to entering highly competitive markets where every detail matters.

One of the biggest struggles has been learning how to scale whether that’s scaling a national medical group, a regenerative medicine company, or a skincare brand. Each requires a different strategy, and there have been plenty of lessons in hiring the right people, setting up systems, and learning to let go of things I once tried to control myself.

There have also been personal sacrifices along the way juggling motherhood, leadership, and entrepreneurship isn’t always glamorous. But those struggles have made me sharper, more resilient, and more committed to creating businesses that last. Every chapter from leading teams to building brands has been about growth, innovation, and elevating the standard of care in beauty and wellness. I’m grateful for the journey so far and energized about what’s still ahead. I truly believe that every step is just part of the preparation for the next level.

Connect For Speaking

When I was in high school, life looked very different for me. I had just lost my father and was working at a small hardware store to help make ends meet. Most days were routine ringing up customers and stocking shelves until one man walked in who would change the entire course of my life.

He was older, rough looking exterior, and came in often to buy odds and ends. One day, as I stood behind the register, he looked at me and asked a simple question: “What do you want to do with your life? Because I don’t think you want to work in a hardware store forever.”

The truth was, I didn’t know, I was just trying to get through the mountain of emotions from my dads passing. But his question stuck with me. The next time he came in, I told him I had been thinking about it and I wanted to go to beauty school. His response was direct: “Where do you want to go, and how much is it?”

That moment lit a spark in me. I found a school, got the tuition, and even worked with my high school to create a schedule that allowed me to attend my core classes in the morning and beauty school in the afternoons. I told him my plan.

A few weeks later, I came into work and found a card sitting on my register. Inside was a check made out to the school for the full amount of my tuition. He quietly invested in me and my future.

I enrolled, graduated, and sent him a letter to share my gratitude and excitement for what was ahead. That’s when I learned he held a leadership position at General Motors.

In his response, he reminded me of something I carry with me to this day: “Just remember to pass this on” Inside the envelope, he included another check to help me continue my education.

That genuine, heartfelt act of kindness shaped everything for me. It planted in me a lifelong passion to pay it forward, to mentor, to teach, and to open doors for others who, like me, needed someone to believe in them.

It’s why education, leadership, and empowerment have always been at the heart of everything I do.

My Keynote

"Feminine Leadership in a World of Men,"

has inspired women in business to embrace their authenticity while scaling with confidence. Whether I am with entrepreneurs, executives, or beauty professionals, the message is clear: you can be powerful without hardening, influential without losing yourself, and successful without silencing your feminine voice.
